• For All Wood Finishes : Dust at least once a week in order to maintain a clean surface and protect the finish from soil build-up. Use a clean, lint-free cloth for general dusting • To clean a wood surface, use a sudsy solution of mild soap and water, rinse with a soap-free dampened cloth, and dry immediately with a soft, lint-free cloth • Never let water stand on a wood surface; dry immediately • Protect all wooden furniture from direct sunlight. Exposure to the sun's rays can dry out the wood and actually bleach out the color • Wood breathes almost like we do; therefore both extremely moist and dry air should be avoided to prevent the wood from cracking or warping • In order to prevent scratching, cover the bottoms of tabletop items. We recommend the use of coasters under glasses to prevent water marks and the use of tablecloths or placemats to protect dining table surfaces during use |
